- Supervise all aspects of the front desk office & the customer service ambassador team to ensure efficient & effective operation of clubhouse
- Run regular coaching & performance reviews to ensure consistent frontline service
- Handle all members’ complaints & enquiries in a courteous & efficient manner
- Perform ad hoc tasks & assignments as assigned by supervisors資歷：
- 專上教育：學士學位
- 8年經驗
- 良好粵語; 良好普通話; 良好英語
- 懂讀寫中文; 懂讀寫英文
- 懂MS Word; 懂MS PowerPoint; 懂MS Excel; 懂中英文電腦操作; 懂中文打字申請須知：
