- 職責：Negotiate & finalise trading/commercial contracts related to IP including licensing agreements technology transfer agreements IP assignment contracts non-disclosure agreements(NDAs) joint-development agreements & IP clauses in supply/sales contracts
資歷：專上教育：學士學位; 3年經驗; 良好粵語; 良好普通話; 良好英語; 懂讀寫中文; 懂讀寫英文; With 3-5 yrs hands-on IP experience(in-house/ law firm/IP agency);Degree in Law/Science/Engineering
