
Responsibilities:
 Provide administrative and general clerical support
 Support reception desk
 Assisting in office maintenance, administrative reporting, office supplies management & other administrative functions
 Maintain filing system
 Be able to communicate with different parties via phone calls and/or emails in professional manner
 Perform ad hoc tasks assigned by Supervisor / Management
 Requirements:
 Minimum 1 year relevant experience in office administration experience
 Willing to learn, service attitude and result-oriented
 Proficiency in MS Word and Excel application
 Presentable with good communications & interpersonal skills
 Fresh Graduate are Welcome
 Native Cantonese, fluent in Mandarin and English 
 Immediate available is highly preferred
